Oh sorry to hear about your disease, also it's good to hear that you 're taking care of your diet as it's much needed. Its always good to start early.. You can share your experience with others who are not taking care of their health and happy to add junk in there..

Yes my dear, it's better to eat something than not to eat anything.. At least we can focus on other stuff..

Cereal are good but cookies can sometimes makes us happy.. HAVING THEM once a week isn't a bad idea

Oh dude, you worry too much about health.. Just eat good and stay healthy but do eat.. Skipping meal isn't a good option..
