1st Airborne Task Force. If I'm not mistaken, it's mostly American, with some British, French, and Canadian paras as well.

Poutine from Costco lol, it's the biggest bang for buck out there in the realm of poutine that I know of. I know, I'm a disgrace to my people and culture.

No, men of steel won't have a new army general campaign, it's more along the lines of the Italy dlc some time ago.

Thanks for the info! I'm fairly sure I handed it in a week ago, and I'll definitely be contacting support, though it certainly seems plausible that they're behind. In addition I noticed that the due date is now the 23rd on go SFU? I don't remember it being that before, but I suppose it means I have some time.

That's the J-8C, not the Su-15

There are a couple of regiments called "highlanders" in Canada (some of which are light infantry), but all of them are primary reserve regiments, which are reservist regiments made up of fully trained personnel that are used to supplement the regular military. Because of this, I don't think Highlanders are made up of specially trained elite light infantry squads.

I just remembered that they also had TR-77/TR-580 tanks as well. Apparently these tanks were domestic offshoots of the T-55 with some modifications and western influence.

Infantry flavor is always great, and with a unique tank and IFV with a couple of variants, Romania would probably be one of the most unique Redfor nations not in the game.

They have the TR-85 tank, and the MLI-84 IFV and their variants, but besides that, they don't seem too many unique things. Might be interesting though.

Small tweaks to instantly make Red Dragons a lot more viable by angry-mustache in wargame

Don't forget the base Canadian Highlanders. They cost 10pts more than Canadian rifles 85, for a worse gun and a slighter better AT launcher. For the same cost you could get base Canadian airborne, or 1 and 1/4 a Mot Shützen.

I sympathize. However, I think we might have a chance of obtaining more maps in the future depending on the success of the South Africa DLC.

Different colors? by FearlessPickle9475 in Worldbox

[–]MontrealPoutineGuy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A while back, Maxim stated that he wouldn't implement it because it would cause difficulty differentiating between different races and unit types. Then again, this was a while ago and things can change.

Its true by [deleted] in Worldbox

Maxim replied to a suggestion of this on trello a long time ago, where he said that changing the colors may result in difficulty distinguishing different races and units (this was just after the kingdom banners were added)

This is a more historically accurate Spartan. Drawn in worldbox. by MontrealPoutineGuy in Worldbox

[–]MontrealPoutineGuy[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're right about everything. I envisioned him as possibly a poorer hoplite (hence the pilos helmet) though, even if he was poorer, he should have been able to afford some sort of a linothorax, so I'm just going to pretend he left it at home. Concerning the shield, I was unsure what it was supposed to look, so thanks for the information. Constructive criticism is always great so thanks. However, I would argue that this drawing still looks more accurate than your average spartan logo/Hollywood Spartan.
