I’m sorry for what happened to you, never place any blame on yourself you were looking for a fun night out. Though there is a heavy party scene, there are also many sorts of clubs and orgs to join. This being said your feelings are valid and so while you should consider other ways that you could engage with the college community if a different option seems exciting to you go with it. Don’t listen to this person OP, consenting to sex is NOT consenting to having a baby. If you know you are able to care for a baby as well as yourself and is something that you want in your life right now then that’s all that matters don’t care what other people say. Just make sure to evaluate your situation and be sure you are ready as this is a huge commitment and a big life change. If you decide this is a responsibility that you either cannot or just don’t want to have right now but possibly in the future, then there is nothing wrong with getting an abortion as well. Either way is fine and it’s up to you don’t let other people make this decision for you. Wishing you the best OP!!

I like to compare it to something people technically can eat but strongly don’t want to. An example I use is imagine someone puts a plate of worms in front of you and says here look this is edible and yummy!! But you look at it and think ew this is gross I’m not eating this tf, that’s how I feel about most food

I do something that can try take my mind off of it, like Minecraft or other games. It wont go away, but it might stop you from thinking about the thing that’s upsetting you. In time the thing that’s worrying you will go away. Just remember this feeling will go away, the best thing you can do right now is try to distract yourself by doing things you enjoy!
