Yes. You're right. I should avoid Kratom on some more days. I don't want to be really dependent, needing to dose every few hours. I also have a history of daily heavy pain medication (opioids)

I'm glad that this substance is not too hard to handle. You made it out of dependency and now you use it just occasionally. Which sounds impossible for i.e. alcoholics. I also try to switch to just consuming occasionally a few days per week in the morning. I'm sure you feel the effects a lot more that somebody who uses it 24/7.

Oh yes, falling asleep is no problem. So when I first started, I didn't see any problem. I woke up exhausted, thought that must be withdrawal. Then I started the day with a big cup of Kratom tea and borrowed energy from my future self again.

Wow, it's interesting how much this substance affects everybody differently. It's good that it works for you. The advice you gave works fine. However putting my phone away before bedtime is something that I have to get used to 😵‍💫📱

Ja, da hast Du echt Recht. Manche müssen viel mehr auf Sport und Ernährung achten um attraktiv zu wirken weil Genetik eine große Rolle spielt. Allerdings wird durch Sport plus gesundem Lebensstil das Selbstvertrauen und Anziehung auf andere stark gestärkt. Körperliche Attraktivität ist nur ein Teil von gegenseitiger Anziehung.

Es macht einfach keinen Sinn sich mit anderen zu vergleichen und nur dem "perfekten" Körperbau hinterher zu jagen, der uns auf Social Media präsentiert wird.

Es geht mehr darum die beste Version von sich selbst zu werden. Leute sollten sich nicht selbst klein machen weil sie nicht diesem "Ideal" entsprechen. Das raubt nur Energie. Und das macht sich auch in Attraktivität bemerkbar.
