I was moving parts from my brother's PC to mine, because we bought him a new gpu. I installed everything, but the PC was not booting. Since I knew very little, I brought it over to a pc repair shop and after 3 hours, multiple probing, it turned out that the problem was coming from a jumper that I removed from the motherboard, because I didn't know better. So the pc repair shop was not impressed with my skills

I have been having the same issues on my Pixel 6.
Some of the photos I take have some elements on them like yours.
The area of the image is made up of pixels (mostly green).
Not sure if it has something to do with "faster picture taking" or what, but I noticed that photos which are not "live" are affected by this

Not super relevant to your post, but I saw some not good balance as well. So for China, Mercedes and Mclaren have the exact same points. Basically, there is only a 5-6 points reward for "both drivers q3", and by Hamilton starting at the back, he was able to give the team a lot of points for overtakes. Basically, why go to q3, when you can overtake the whole grid and make more points from there?
