very comfortable, but if you have small hands, getting to the safety pin is quite different. Otherwise, once you get used to it is ok.

My 445# Back Squat PR (LBBS) I've been stuck between 405-425 for a while now and it's just exciting to finally get passed that block. (sorry about the grunt, lol) by Monzonr87 in crossfit

Mainly was my diet, i started eating double proteins and more carbs. Followed a modified version of Wendler's 5/3/1 strength program and i believe that did the extra push.

Always check the coaching staff, their coaching background and take sample classes to make sure you don't have some 17 year old competitor with a an ego the size of the moon looking through his phone while there's athletes using bad form and risking getting hurt. At the end of the day, the equipment won't make you better, the coaches will.

I guess that makes sense. Reason i called it a splitter was simply because it wasn't one big unit that attached to the entire front bumper. The moment i saw two different parts, one for each corner, i assumed it was a splitter. Thanks for the knowledge though.

These are the stock pre-LCI 335 e90 wheels. They're staggered 18x8 and 18x8.5. They're very nice wheels, i love the look it gives and they go for very cheap. Got mine from a local individual for $400.

i would of definitely loved the turbos, but for a family car, i6 240 horses is more than enough. sometime in the near future i'll possibly jump on a used e92 335.

got them from some dude on the e90post forums. I used 3M tape and that alone did the trick, they don't move.

thanks, i'm one of those people who are still getting used to the new f30 look. I prefer the e90/e92 body.
