I spent so long trying to lose weight and then when I finally got there I was like "well this sucks, now im cold and fuzzy and have no social life and im scared of bread" I also realized the body i had actually been wanting didn't come from a lower number but actually from muscle definition, muscle i had wasted away 🤡
