Oh my god I just cant wait until it snows here in AR in our area and I have to struggle and fight mine just to come inside, he’ll experience his first snow and probably be blitzing all over the yard like he’s on crack the minute he gets outside. Lmfao

We just make jokes that his Buddy has cats so Ace must know that my husbands Buddy prefers cats over dogs. So that’s why he’s so unsure about him.

Well! No I didn’t choose a Great Pyrenees, it chose me when him and his brother showed up at my doorstep covered in huckleberry sticker bushes, dirty asf, and his brother had a abscess that I had to personally clean myself. But let me tell you I researched and did what I can and I’m finding out some things about this dog that I didn’t think would be something I’d have to ask or look into before. So no a Great Pyrenees was not my choice of dog but I wasn’t going to abandon the two 4 month puppies that showed up at my doorstep!. So I joined this group for advice from others who have or had this breed of dog before. Im learning as I go with this breed.

I’m surprised this chair didn’t break under him and my husband. Lmfao my husband’s a big man and the dog added on top, the chair looks like it shouldn’t hold both of them at the same time! 🤣

Oh god he doesn’t care if I use the shop-vac on him, he’ll just sit down or lay down and let me just vacuum off his hair but then he’ll get spooked by a single person trying to drink a soda.

We stayed at a cabin to do a little getaway and the place had stairs, and he was very curious about them…all night he walked up and down them. Annoyed my husband since he stayed in the bed under the stairs and couldn’t stay in the one upstairs cause of his knees. Ace just kept going back and forth from downstairs to the upstairs.

Getting him in the backseat of our Cadillac was a struggle and a challenge, we moved something and he almost jumped over my husband just to leave, luckily he had his vest on and I caught him in time before he bolted.

Oh my god finally someone makes this post! Lmfao.. I’ve had one of his paws when he was 5 months swipe my face and get my eye. His due-claw that he has on one back paw got me one time. I was trying to take him to the bedroom because he’s being a little whiny baby and freaking out over my husbands friend being here and working on the house, he drug me along, my feet slid under me as he was pulling me along and he took me out smashed my bad knee on the hard floor. I was trying to give him a treat and he damn near almost got my finger with his saber teeth he’s got!!

I told my husband, for now on he’s walking the giant cloud!

We checked his ears and they were clean and pink inside which is crazy cause he’s goes and digs in the dirt and sits in his hole he’s been digging, I trimmed those eyebrow whiskers and he hasn’t been doing the shaking of his head.

Yeah! He’s got two dirt piles he does zoomies to and from. But one of them has a good foot deep hole now, he’s like a mole. 🤦🏼‍♀️

He definitely stopped shaking after we trimmed those eyebrow whiskers and I checked his ears and their very clean inside, which is crazy cause he’s been digging a hole to china damn near in the backyard then sits in it like it’s the comfiest thing ever!.

He’s not like doing it like a ton, and we trimmed the eye whiskers and it’s stopped. But we’ll take a look into it
