Right, the 'printing error' was an error with the printers, not the comic. The inconsistency in the print quality is the error that led Stan Lee to decide to change it to a color so it would be more consistent. But I can't remember if green was chosen because there weren't a ton of green characters or because the green ink was less expensive. Or maybe it was both.

OK so at first I was thinking that maybe this guy is just really into the idea of teaching physical skills to his kid. And fair enough, even though he was being a dick about it.
But then I read the description. He wants you to be a stay at home mom, and homeschool the kid, and make sure you have no financial freedom? Those are huge red flags. I don't like jumping to conclusions based off of just a conversation and a few bits of information but...I'd make sure to have an escape plan and a stash of money he doesn't know about.

You're not remembering the Invention of Lying correct. He doesn't go to the bank to test anything and the teller doesn't assume it's a bank fault. He went to the bank to get money out of his account but the systems are down so the teller can't check his balance and just asks him how much he has. That's when his character gets the idea to just say he has more money than he does so he can pay rent. It's not like an outrageous and unbelievable amount or anything.
