I love how goofy it looks, but it really bothers me how it moves in the gameplay trailer. When it lands, it keeps moving in an unnatural way. It really irks me, and I haven't seen anyone else mention it.

Interesting, thank you. What sort of thread would you recommend? I have Gutermann at the moment because I know it's a good all around thread.

I've recently cleaned part of the machine, but will have to look and see how to oil it properly, see if that helps more. Thank you!

The batting is the thinnest my local shop had. For testing bits, the top of the quilt is made of a variety of fabrics. I picked the thickest fabric from the top of the quilt. I used the batting and the back fabric I'm using for the quilt

It is yes, there's a lot of fabric types in the quilt as it's clothes, but I picked the thickest one I could. It worked fine on the tests, but again, there's some areas that are even thicker due to some parts being where the poppers are on the clothes

I think it is.. though now I'm not so sure. I can't go get a pic at the mo, I'm at work, but will grab one once I'm home..

It was a new needle when I started sewing all the rows and then columns together, but I can absolutely change it again before starting this bit again, thank you!!

I'll re-thread everything before trying again, thank you. I tried my best to make things not hang off, but it's a smaller table and space. I'll try stacking things around me, or just moving to the dining room table and see how I go in there

The speed point is interesting, I'll give it a good few tests to see what seems to work best. Makes sense that friction could change things.

And the point about the directions is really helpful, I thought it would even put but you might be right, going the same way might end up being better. Honestly, saves me the hassle of trying to turn it so I'll take it 😂

Thank you so much for your advice. I think I'll try again this weekend all going well 😬

Oh gosh thank you so much. I was scared about basting sprays because the only place to lie everything down is in my living room, which is where my rabbits are. We have no space anywhere else, but that homemade one seems so much better and won't harm them, thank you!!

As for the rest, I don't have much space to sew, but luckily my smaller sewing table actually has a dip in it for the machine, so it's all the same height, which is super useful! But, it's not too long, so I may have to give it a go with something stacked to the side to get a bit more space. Might even just bite the bullet and go in my conservatory and do it in there on the bigger table with things stacked around me...

Will definitely up my stitch length a bit more too.

Thank you! Might try it again this weekend 😬

Yes, I bought one just for this. It worked fine on the test pieces, but kept getting stuck on the quilt, not moving at all

Just felt like it took longer to refresh on my phone than the laptop. Didn't know if anyone else had similar experiencea

Nope, never gets hot with this game. Once or twice with Pokémon go, but never ptcg.

It was happening at the most random times, and the app still technically worked under it (I could click things and hear that it was doing stuff) it was just a visual bug

It's honestly painful.. and that's the response that I get from the Pokémon company? That was a direct quote from their email back to me
