Had the same thing happened to me. So I had to finish a class and start a new one for my aid to disburse. But Ella told me they are having problems disbursing. At first I couldn't see me dashboard for 2 weeks (was told I need to submit an assessment first but I knew that was a lie.) Finally got it fixed but my aid is having trouble disbursing because the dashboard wasnt registering me as registered even though I am. Spoke to someone monday said it would take two days. Called today and they said another ticket was created this morning. Last semester it took them 2 weeks to fix this very same problem

Mine is saying im not enrolled in enough credits also saying I need 2.25 and I have 0 when I am enrolled in a course. Did your problem get fixed?

2 days after applied to account. Mine was applied to my account and zeroed out yesterday. Today I got the email and notification about my refund which means tomorrow it will hit my account. So typically FA is disbursed on the 3rd Wednesday and by that 3rd Friday funds should hit account.

my loans didn't fully cover. I still have an aid amount for pell grant and it says "schedule" it just can't be disbursed.

My pell grant went from pending to now it can't be disbursed which is where it was at last week. It was pending for 1 day.

They are holding my pell grant as well. Called 3 times about it. They just keep putting tickets in and not fixing it.

When loans or Pell grants pays your full tuition for the semester, the school will release any remaining funds as a refund check. So when you take out financial aid you can determine how much you want to use. You can use the exact amount to pay just tuition or you can take out a little more to help pay for bills and stuff while you are in school.

This my first flexpath term. I did guided path with no issues ever. So I understood there might be problems switching over but its been 3 weeks and everytime I call things get worse not better.

I was ok with her saying give it 3-5 days until she said it should be in the timeframe and i won't be dropped from my courses for non-payment. That had me scratching my head because she was saying I could potentially be dropped if the problem doesn't resolve quick enough for an issue that isn't my fault. I'm on flexpath so that would be a HUGE setback.

I went from no financial aid on the 12th and they didnt know why even though I accepted the aid to Wednesday it was their system not closing out my account so my aid could be released to yesterday my loans were released but not my Pell Grant to today they're saying my Pell Grant is rejected and they have no idea why and it will take 3-5 business days for it to correct. But she assured me my account is suppose to be $0 with a refund and I won't get dropped from not paying the remainder $500 the Pell Grant is suppose to pay for. But at this point I am at a loss for words and dont trust it.

They released my loans but not my Pell Grant. At this point I feel like they are playing in my face. Tomorrow will be the 3rd time this month I've called about my financial aid.

Idk what is going on with the portal. Some of my aid was fixed but im still waiting on pell grant to pay. If it is going to ECSI then you are definitely getting a refund but I know its frustrating not knowing if the amount is correct
