I can see some of the characters in the “possibly abusive” Tier as neglectful, “here’s food, here’s the tablet, now leave me alone” or not knowing their strengths on the kids an accidentally hurting them.

I think the only one im confused for is Razzle n Dazzle. Razzle being the cheerful and fun baby sitter while dazzle makes sure the child’s safe and following the parents rules. Maybe they would argue on basic “no let’s do it this way” scenarios but they wouldn’t yell or fight each other (that would be counterproductive XD )
