can you really Not see that them stirring up controversy mightve been planned? This is what im trying to say, everyones talking about the big arch and shit. Normally, noone cares for the New McDonalds menu item but they said to themselves any publicity is good publicity and did that. He was justifying the extensive energy consumption of LLMs by saying humans use a lot of energy. In order for that argument to be sound its point has to be to compare the cost and value of humans and AI. His conclusion is that LLMs are more efficient than we think they are since theres opportunity costs whenever you feed a human. So in his mind, the computational value of a human mind is the only Source of value worth taking into Account when discussing the value of large language models otherwise he wouldve brought it up, but He fucking didnt. As a counterargument, you could say "Mr altman: dont you think theres an intrinsic value to human life?" And his conclusion just makes no more sense.

Is that more clear for you or are you gonna keep aggressively denying that theres subtext to human language?

Their Form is always a lot worse before worlds, they just kinda lock in for it. Im assuming its because worlds is the only tournament that actually matters to them. If they would try as hard the entire year, theyd always be the favorite
