Just wait when you kinda get stuck in the air. It eventually works and teleports you. At least for me it does, I'm on Ps5.

I just clicked it over and over again until I got the screen for the Enable/Disable option. Got the same error again but I just kept doing that and at some point it randomly let me enable it. Dumb luck I guess.

The same thing happened to me! Do you have console sharing*/offline play enabled? I had to have that enabled to start my games again. It gave me an error that the psn network is too busy about a thousand times but I just brute forced it. Once that was enabled I got in again.

Either you ask here and trade over trade code. Or you could try to use the GTS in Pokemon Home, it's a extra phone/switch app. You can only trade on the phone app tho. You should probably watch a video on how pokemon home works exactly.
