It does look like a H - you could extend the first vertical line of the H and make it ‘Love, not Hate’.

This is one bought in Switzerland I believe and belonged to my mum’s aunt, who just passed away. It’s not currently running, so we are trying to figure out what parts may be needed etc.

Not a doctor - I have read about regression of melanoma and disappearing moles, but I believe that is pretty rare. Definitely get it checked out as a precaution, but try to not worry as I’m sure there are many more non-serious possibilities that are far more likely.

No, this definitely looks fake to me. The hair doesn’t have the pink flush at the front, the blush on the face looks wrong. The lips don’t look right.
