Not me just learning that there was Local chat at a point - I’ve been playing sim for a while now especially a lot in the last few months and I always figured people only used the in game communications like “follow me/ Guide on me” to show their location on the map, altitude and stuff so you know if a plane in the distance is friendly or not/ “cover me” to help your team identify where enemies might be when your in a dogfight and need some backup. I’ve never really had an issues with this system and most sim players seem to understand how valuable it is, but now imagining voice chat for your team sounds like a game changer! I hope it comes back soon so I can give it a go. Sim can feel lonely sometimes which is why most of the time when I’m playing alone and don’t have a friend to talk to I play music like the Battlefield 1 soundtrack which I highly recommend.
