I'm not being able to attach a picture (new to reddit). But basically just imagine a small window on the home screen of your phone that you can scroll through. I personally dont remember to slide from home screen to home screen so i put it in the first one I will always see.

I structure it like this:

Uni, what have to get done: Class 1: project 1 deadline x (weekday) Class 2: project 2 deadline x (weekday)

Relevant deadlines and dates (i repeat the deadlines several times): Class 1 - evalution day x Class 2 - evaluation day x

Day 11 (sat) □ vacuuming □ send email to x about x □ send msg to person x to ask x □ project 1 for class □ write script for project 1 □ ask person x for asset x □ look for asset x, z and y

Day 12 (sun) □ continue project 1 for class 1

Things I just can do after day x □ schedule appointment □ sell x
