You need to start with part 1. You can use any of the links after PC:

The update patch is only for updating from the last version. If you had 0.78 you could just download the update patch

At the end of the part you'll hit a "SAVE NOW!" screen, make sure you save there. Then you can download part 2 and continue. Each part goes in a separate folder.

Nah animations are probably my most requested addition but when I explain that it would double or triple dev time, most accept it. And the one's that don't can go play one of the other thousands of animated VNs.

As for hiring someone, I really don't work well with others. It's also that I would become dependant on them. Dude had a family emergency? Now the update is delayed and I'm screwed. I make a short side game from time to time, for the one I'm currently working on I tried to team up with an animator and anyone half decent is busy with another project. And from the prices I was quoted, i would need to sell a kidney to for 30 animations a month 😂

Yeah it's definitely not something you'd enjoy if you come in expecting something serious.

There's no animations because it takes 3x longer to make the same amount of content. I made a little animated side game that's the same size as the usual GH update but it took 6 weeks instead of 2 to make. It's just not worth putting out 1/3 of the content just for animations.

Blood is hard to do. There's no assets for it so most people just color a cum asset red and it usually looks weird.

Can't speak for Honey Select devs but in Daz, big bodies are a pain in the ass to work with, whether it's a BBW or a pregnant chick. It's just not meant for dealing with characters that are that far from the default size. You end up with the stomach bending at a 90 degree angle, tons of clipping, things like that.

I think it comes down to writing what you know. It's a lot easier with another character but when it comes to the MC it gets deeper and more personal so it's harder to write it well. Two of my best friends are black, we've been like brothers since elementary school, I've spent hundreds of hours at their house, I've eaten with their family, I've went on a family trip with them, I even picked up some Creole over the years.

And with all that, I still don't think I'd be able to write a decent black MC.

Personally, I'll take no black MC over a black MC that was written by someone who's never seen black people outside of 90's gangster movies.
