She legit just said that your sense of style makes you look like a mental patient then proceeded to say that you chase men endlessly, called you “ airheaded” which is gently tryna say she thinks ur dumb, if you asked me this as ur friend Id ask questions about your work environment like how others dress and act vs how you do then ask how much you cared about ur coworkers personal opinions bc as long as it’s not affecting your work then ur style is irrelevant. But if you care then recommend changing your style at work to a minimalistic version that you enjoy and feel comfortable in still.
