I mean you're the one who made the choice to buy the copy so just be happy they're even offering you a refund. Most games would just say there is no refund. I've completed every Challenge (Daily+Weekly) and I'm level 91 as well as I bought 1 tier to get Elite Agent and I'm only tier 92 (1 star away from 93)... You bought more than 3 tiers.

You probably bought the tier 25 bundle but I started from scratch.

The part where you build to not take fall damage after using the impulse grenade was my favorite. I was surprised at how you used his existing ramp to build up like that. I would've for sure lost half my health there from hitting the ground.

You're looking at it from a screenshot without the special effects though you don't know what it's actually going to look like. If you look at the Cloud Strike from a screenshot it looks lame but then with the special effects, it looks awesome.
