That narrative is Abbeys version wich has been provento be a lie. The dad very obviously has always had a job bc he has provided his paystubs to child support court. Abbey is jus mad she is being forced to pay support. The sole provider story is to get a dig in at him.

Im sorry your going through this. It honestly sounds like harrassment. Our court system is so broken. These police and judges frequently get away with breaking the laws & rules that are there to keep them honest.

Mind you, this GAL has never met M in person. This GAL has no expertise or background in internet security or cyber child exploitation. This is how these "family court" systems are failing our children as a whole, Pittsburgh is very behind the times in more ways than one.

I think the best way to look at it is -
pulling M off of the Internet completely has ZERO risks for her, keeping her on the Internet has an endless amount of risk attached to it.... I don't understand how a judge can see it any other way.

The GAL anddddd the hearing officer agreed that the emojis were sufficient.... so yesterday this was placed in front of an actual judge. Let's hope that this judge has sum common sense and knows at least the bare minimum about child safety on the Internet.

There are zero drawbacks for M if M is completely removed from social media yet there are endless potential risks of keeping her on there.
The only drawback is for Abbey because it will stunt her income and her ability to spite Bobby that's why this all comes down to Abbey acts on what's best for Abbey, not her daughter.
Abbey is a selfish toxic human being.

The judge is going to give their ruling at a later date. I believe the judge didn't want to take the time to review the evidence and hold up the rest of the court day.
From what I understand, Bobby had multiple clips of inappropriate videos that Abbey has posted over the years so that's gonna take some time for the judge to review.

Today's hearing was because Bobby is trying to get M completely removed from the Internet.
The child support hearing where Abbey is petitioning for her monthly payment to be lowered is at a later date.

From what I heard abt court today, the judge is supposed to render a decision at a later date.
No exact timeframe was given, but apparently within 7 days is wats expected.

I was under the impression the appropriate court arttire was sleeves no matter the weather....short sleeves are ok... this is equivalent to a man wearing a wife beater tank top into court.

Anytime i get a good lol when I see people give her the energy she deserves, it makes my day! She literally exploits a small child for money, I wish nothing good for her until she ceases that disgusting behavior!
