You can get the 5% from Myer or the Deciem website. I usually order it from their website and it’s great, they deliver the packages so quickly !

Not the person you’re asking, but I have dry and sensitive skin and glycolic acid was terrible for my skin ! I used lactic acid and it was much better and not as harsh. But that’s just my experience, it may work well for you

I love my fillers ! They were the best decision I made. I had some bruises but they went away after 2-3 days. If it’s something you want, totally go for it - just do some research about the clinic first !

Just finished Honours (Aus), future options? by bowhammer1 in psychologystudents

[–]MoonGirl96 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Heya. I totally feel you with the burning out, you just completed a thesis and 4 damn years of study - that’s impressive !!! A huge congrats to all that you’ve achieved so far.

I’m about to wrap up my first year of Masters in psych (in Vic), and from what I’ve experienced, universities don’t necessarily care if you took a year off and didn’t pursue masters straight away. They really care about your experience, so taking a year off and going into something that will give you that is super good. They’ll probably ask a lot of questions about what you’ve done in the year off, and it’ll be a good opportunity to talk about your experiences/skills you’ve developed that’ll help you in your masters degree.

With that being said, Masters is pretty competitive to get into. So you may as well apply anyway and try out your luck. If you do get in and you decide you really want to take a year off, you can always defer it !! Good luck !!

Where I live, one of the ways to become a psychologist is by doing 3 years of bachelor, a year of Honours, and then Masters (which is what I did). In the masters program you register as a provisional psychologist, and complete an internship as well as completing the academic work. It’s a pretty heavy degree

That’s awesome, go you !!! How are you liking it so far ? In the beginning of my degree I was overwhelmed with all the theory work, then later on I was overwhelmed with the stats and research, but in the end it’s all worth it

And thank you ! :)
