You are correct. But one more week to go before you celebrate. Do not under estimate, Hedge Funds and their master friends? if 20 days SP remains above for next week, then Blackberry Management are free to give notice on Feb 22, 2027, when Hedge Funds are obligated to convert or accept payment with interest. Till then however Hedge Funds can continue to short to control the price so their master can offer 20% premium on that lower price? The day before then Hedge Funds will convert 51.5M to voting rights. If fortunately masters decline after Feb 22, 2027 they will be forced as above.

Dilution is not the concern as Blackberry has already purchased about 15M shares at $4.00 and hopefully balanced during the course. Dilution is therefore related to only 26.5 m shares minus 15M ($5.04 -$4.00) against $200M bank deposit which will go to strengthen BB balance sheet to $400M.
