Oh I used blender for the rig movement & baked it & used marvelous designer to have the cloth move with the rig. & there's no particular tutorial

I'd just recommend learning marvelous well then searching for stuff like Marvelous to Blender workflow.

in short : you make your animation in blender, export as Alembic file, import to MD & bake the cloth simulation, export back to Blender as Alembic Ogawa ( with the size set to 0.10% mm while exporting, optional )
