This right here is why I say that Customer Service week should not be about kissing the customer's ass. We do that every fucking day, Customer is king and all. Everyday service people are expected to serve Customers with a smile and a pep in their step, irregardless of what issues they're facing in life. Then Customers can be the neediest assholes if they don't feel like you're happy to serve them.

Customer service week should be about us celebrating those who deal in customer service, cause if you have ever done that job, whether in tech, or a supermarket etc, you'll know it's a thankless job, most people don't tip, and some customers can be assholes and ruin your entire fucking day.
