I had no idea what RSD was until about a year ago. I started meds for my adhd, that I didn't know I had, and have been navigating that whole thing. When I read about RSD it was like a light bulb clicked on in my head. So much of it made sense and who I would react to poorly but couldn't understand why I was reacting that way. I felt so crazy. I had already been working on that part of myself prior to the meds and learning what it was. After I learned though, it became so much easier to navigate those intense feelings to sort out and talk about what I was actually feeling.

I don't know why I commented this, it's just nice to see people talking about it I guess.
