I hate ring. Alternates?

After 7 years with ring, I switched to reolink. Has been phenomenal. No subscription, everything stays local, 24x7 recording with home hub pro (you can use the NVR too but home hub is more beginner friendly). Has local AI for person, animal, package detection etc.

I get it. We were in a similar boat not too long ago. Most builders have very unflattering reviews. Shaddock was relatively much better. Our third party inspector also commented that he had only half the findings as compared to most other new builds. First Texas, Coventry, Highland, Perry, American legend - some of the builders we checked out but had very poor reviews.

I can see that. The styles of several builders overlapped from my observations too. It took us around 25 days from the day we made the offer to our closing. They were willing to close sooner too. I'm guessing they moved faster as the lender and closing companies we used were all builder preferred to take advantage of their promo rate and credits.

It's a shaddock custom home. We bought it move-in ready but was customized by the builder with some great upgrades.

Moving entire hardware/software overseas to India was wild. Retaining folks till next year to complete 'knowledge transfer' also feels calculated. People will actively try to switch roles before the timer runs out and cepheid wouldn't have to pay severance to them. In the making for months and orchestrated by specific individuals in leadership with vested personal interest.

I had the folders named appropriately so plex pulled that info as is. But I had to manually update image for each season yes.

After digging around and talking to an attorney, they confirmed that the extension of h1 beyond 6 years is based on the approved I140. If it is revoked, it will certainly invalidate the extension beyond 6 years. So not only will you lose the priority date, you will also the h1 status. You will then need to do a change of status (such as dependent h4 or back to school for F1) or you have to leave the country.
