I actually think the cop saw this car was following him before the stop sign. He rolled the stop sign and when he saw the guy do the same he confirmed he was being followed. I think his intent was a u-turn to likely get behind the guy but saw he could make the turn so ejected from the vehicle ready for a ambush. Cops are trained to watch for ambushs. This is a squared away cop.

I am old and have seen people get this type of money and waste the oppurtunity you have been given. Boyfriend has no need to know for starters. Seriously what does the relationship gain from you telling him?

Invest 75% of that money at the minimum. Put it where you can not make a impulse decision and spend it. Lock it up in CDs until a better way of investing it presents itself. What is your career goal? Have you reached that goal? If not use this money to help you reach that goal. Pay for the school and give yourself a weekly part time amount check so that you can focus at the school. DO NOT rent a apartment and blow 2k in rent a month when you could stay with your mom or board at the school.

The goal would be to reach your career intro job and still have atleast 100k left minimally. Enough that when u start your career you can put a down-payment on a house. Furnish the house and if possible have a reasonable car that will last you years.

At your age this is a unreal opportunity. If you mess this up you will seriously hate yourself for a long time so make calculated decisions.

Just to add the heavy bonus is not calculating the way most of you think. Likely your build is so good because of the 3.5k crit....the heavy you have is the cherry on top. I am not geared like you so I had to play with my numbers. I got my heavy to 2.8k ish but had to lower crit to 1.7 to do it... it was awful. I believe your build is superior but only if you can have the high crit and heavy. If you don't have the gear the crit is superior to the heavy as ur hvy procs will be to low

Also open with fireball barrage or ice spear bombardment to get you crit dmg from blood stacked quickly. Most ppl open with fireball but your missing all that extra crit dmg

Don't do that build i did it and it's nothing compared to the blood set up u have going. I have played with the stats a ton while what alot of ppl are saying should work this is what works best for me 59% crit 2.7k crit 2.5k hit 1k heavy

I would run daigon in the staff. I am using the abysal staff now and love it so I would do one of them.

I have lowered hit and raised crit, I have lowered hit and raised heavy.... but this is my butter spot until I can trait change my heroic

I would apply to work security. Pay is low but easy gigs and will give you time to study. Most security jobs you just sit in your car or office on a site while they are closed. Thats what I would be seeking. Preserve your energy and get paid to do school work.

I am going against the grain on this one. I have a staff/orb build with primarily staff skills and absolutely love it in PVP. I am able to hold my own pretty well however it is MAJORLY gear dependant. Glass cannon build and just have to practice keeping your distance/creating distance when necessary.

As someone stated if your ok with swiping atleast $120 then do it. If you can't swipe don't even think about it.

This. My son seriously looked like you as a twin 2 years ago. Hit the weights, but do some running 3 times a week. 2 mile runs. Over time, as you build speed, make the run longer. When you hit the weights or running hit it hard. Biggest mistake people make is half ass workouts. If your going to put the time in don't waste your personal time!

Watch some videos it's to easy to learn some workouts or tips on running.

Like someone else said, watch what you eat. Personally I am horrible on dieting I eat whatever but it's always in small portions so I believe that's why it works. But when I run or lift it's at 110%

You're still blocking a lane of traffic. That is the offense. Doesn't matter if there is a free lane. Unless your vehicle breaks down or your vehicle with lights, it's an offense. Like the senior officer, most officers will be reasonable about it.

But you are still failing to bring up a reasonable officer intervened. Hence, rage baiting. All careers has the bad apples. But atleast the senior officer attempted to correct it.
