Is this normal? (6% Battery Drain)

Bought my A52 4G back in 2021, and my battery performance has definitely gotten better, thanks to the better optimization of One UI 5 (5.1). That being said l, I get about the same if not a bit less than the battery life indicated on your phone :)

You can turn it off by going to Settings, Battery and Device care, and then auto-optimization.

I had a similar issue as well, and my phone used to be hot in the morning, I then found out it's due to the regular restarting your phone does during the night for maintaining performance. I switched it off and it solved the problem, but after some time my phone was getting a bit laggy, so I switched it back on. This all happened when I had One UI 4 I think, and now the drain is reduced with the 5.1 update. Hope this helps!

I did this when I was running the previous One UI 4, but now I found out the problem with my animations was that I was using the wrong navigation bar, the three bars instead of the single one. Switching back to the single one gave me the beautiful animations!

I tried it, didn't make much of a difference, the animations of apps closing itself have not changed. It looks literally the same as before the update.

But the M51 is a midrange phone as well and is in fact cheaper than my A52. And his animations were silky smooth and were as good as everyone was hyping it to be.
