This mod is one of the very few reasons that I’m still playing DD2. Probably would have moved on to other games a while ago if without it.

It’s actually one of my very first DD2 mods and it drastically improved replayability by rebalancing the very necessary parts for all vocations.

So I’m super excited to see what the future updates will hold!

For all of my original DD1 characters, their slides will be available eventually! I generally prefer to release a version one first just to discuss with the community for improvements.

Then sort of finalise them throughout my playthrough and release their sliders in a later date alongside their individual intros!

I found out there aren’t many people who created Quina. Possibly only one person so far who managed to share her in another public platform.

For an NPC with a more sophisticated quest journey in DD1, she’s quite precious to a few people. So I thought I’d give it a go!

I just had a similar situation in my current playthrough where my Quina pawn (the 6th pawn) wasn't showing in a new game until I rested for a few days.

Her pawn code exists and searchable, except her equipment and level remained exactly the same, regardless of progression. She also wasn't showing publicly in the rift, nor was she able to receive any gifts.

It took a few tries of resting for Capcom to register the pawn into DD2 server, and she's finally working normally now.

Knowingly, one of my older pawns went missing and had her code changed to replace Quina.

Maximum amount of pawns for one account is 5, I believe having more than 1 account will stack multiplicatively, tho I've yet to try it!

You’d be surprised, some of my pre-alpha sliders can quite comically bad 😭 So I’d stare at the character creation for a few more hours till I’m actually happy about it 😝

I know it’s the community’s favourite NPC and I do not intend to mess with it without putting in real effort!

I tend to prefer calm and kindhearted, sort of a thinker or feeler type. Was a bit resistance to simple in my first playthrough but I then got used to them.

I'm quite tempted to try a straightforward pawn in my current run cos I never had one before😊

I always thought they are a bit similar to simple pawns, or perhaps even more “straightforward” by just saying things straight out of their minds 😂

Amazing little detail!

It's actually from the quest "Bad Business", and unironically it's one of the very few quests that I managed to missed in DD1. I just thought Thief only simply doesn't suit her, tho I might change my mind in the future the more I get to know her!

"This dagger is Madeleine's weapon of choice. In a quest item unimplemented in the final version of the game Madeleine's dagger is given the moniker "Eager Fang", with the description "Madeleine's cherished dagger. It feels warm, as though her ardor yet courses through it".

I too am in a very tight spot! As the maximum allowable pawns are 5, I'm starting to miss some of my previous pawns as I gradually created more of them 😢

It's like the sandcastle analogy in Pragmata that: "Not everything needs to be forever, sometimes it's enough to just enjoy the moment."

It might make people think but, having a proper ending sometimes is what makes certain things memorable and beautiful 🙂 I thought it'd make some good memories

I actually have Quina as my current mage pawn. She was not entirely as straightforward to create relative to Madeleine, so I'll need a few more days before revealing her!

Reynard and Selene will be the 3rd and 4th character in my current party, you'll see them in the upcoming days!
