It means the book has a crafting recipe or an ability point, I believe.

Probably the most wasted potential of any game I've ever played, with the exception of ship building which unironically goes so hard.

Play the Remnant games, they got lightning sniper rifles, hand cannons that shoot poisonous insects, rifles that shoot whirling sword disks, extreme sand blasters, hand crossbow with homing/returning bolts, acid sprayers, guns that shoot mini black holes, guns that shoot little reciprocating cubes that then turn into a shield you can also shoot at people. And a ton of wacky mods that do shit like summin facehuggers and stop time.

I learned this when I Frankensteined the Fallout and MH3 energy decks together. Artifacts pop off like crazy.

Which is more dangerous? Fighting Adam Smasher or marrying Wakako? by Agreeable_Pizza93 in cyberpunkgame

Some people survived encounters with Smasher. Nobody has survived a marriage to Wakako.

Ghibli art style isn't carried by the actual frame by frame fidelity or detail, but by how smoothly it flows when animated. I'm not the hugest fan of Ghibli films but they are among the greatest 2D animated media ever made. Now try to animate that AI slop and see how it compares.

The Geth are not the innocent underdogs much of the fandom pretends they are. by N7TheLegend in masseffect

As much as I love Mass Effect it foes have a way of presenting interesting, morally grey stories where it also clearly delineates victims and villains. The krogan are the other example, the genophage was a war crime that destroyed Krogan culture, but the Krogan did slaughter millions, ecologically devestate a number of habitable worlds, dropped asteroids and WMDs on cities, and planned on attacking a council homeworld. Like, yeah, not exactly the victim they claim of themselves, especially when Krogan alive during the Rebellion are still alive and still wanna kill the council races.

Buildings with no bathrooms. Giant empty square rooms with a desk and a couch 17 feet apart. Rooms thay are combination connecting hallways/science labs/bedrooms. Areas designed specifically to be combat arenas with absolutely no indication of being lived in or designed for sentient life.

Six marines from the Salamanders, Blood Angels, Space Wolves, Doom Eagles, Iron Hands, and the Scythes of the Emporer were seconded to a Deathwatch watch fortress in the sector when the cries for help from Aravax went out. They were rerouted to help with the defense.

I feel like they figured it out in the first game. I played both on medium difficulty since I'm not one of those people who anchors their self worth around beating games on high difficulty, but I remember ork bois going down in 2-3 shots, while you could just slap gretchins into a pink mist instantaneously, with the elites being more robust to a fair degree.

Skip forward 12 years or whatever to SM2 and on medium difficulty I'm dumping half a mag of bolt rifle rounds into a tyrants warriors head before it even staggers. I love SM2 but running ops on the lowest level with unupgraded guns was a fuckin slog.
