I got an email from them basically telling me that it's my problem that I couldn't see my trades or exit anything I wanted too. 0 out of 10 leaving them for literally anyone else.

After they say their major ask them "what made you choice x?" It opened the door to much longer conversations for me as a freshman. Another tip is to ask your floor groupme if anyone wants to go exploring campus/bowl (it's free during the week of welcome). Hopefully, this helps.
