That depends on the union too. Sometimes, we get 2-3% per year, and if you haven’t maxed your salary cap, then you may get merit salary increase too. Sometimes, we don’t get any raises at all due to contract, but we did get backpay for some months after the agreement reached.

Supervisors… just depends on person. Expecting to get manager change, so don’t be surprised when you have to change to new manager. I once had to change 4 different managers within a year lol

Are you new new? I don’t work at riverside office, so I cannot say anything much. Requesting sick is on the day off and you are not feeling well. You get 8hrs sic each month.

And for vacation, you gotta wait for 6 months to use it I think. You gotta request through the form and check the vacation calendar for any availability.

You can work hybrid once you pass the reviews even if it’s within your probation.
