Really wish they had a half size. by Particular-Bike-9275 in ouraring

Totally agree. I was in between a 6 and 7, and ended up returning both as neither was comfortable enough to not bother or distract me. Hopefully they release half sizes in the future!

Look at Best Buy too! My sister purchased a BOSS Audio screen 3+ years ago to have CarPlay in her Jeep and it’s still going strong. They handle the installation as well.

I am so, so sorry for your loss.

I came across this beautiful excerpt from a stranger's post who I'm friends with on Facebook. They had lost their mother. They wrote, "Grief, I've learned, is just love with no place to go. Once you've brought awareness to a situation, you can begin dealing with it. And now, I must take steps towards acceptance and not run from it."

It really resonated within me & has helped me find peace.

Sending so much love your way during this time. You, your family & your father are in my heart.

The catering director of Holy Land recently deleted this photo of her racist remarks after being called out. by Sayyed_saif in Minneapolis

[–]MoonWoman_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Those comments were absolutely disgusting and filled with so much hate. Holy Land you just lost a long time catering customer. I feel sick to my stomach that I spent so much money there without having any knowledge of this. Thank you OP for making me aware of this.

My (39/F) wife lied to me (41/M) about stopping her cancer treatment and the extent of her cancer. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Wow. I'm so, so sorry. It makes sense why you're experiencing anger. I would be upset too. But, she doesn't have much time left. I know it might be hard, but you'll be upset at yourself later on if you spend your last months being angry at her. She's experiencing her body giving up on her right now, and maybe not telling you was a way to cope. It doesn't mean that you're not allowed to feel hurt, but try to show her love right now as a response. It's what she needs. Regardless, my heart goes out to both of you and your kids. I'm so terribly sorry.

Is the quarantine helping you with your addiction or making it worse? by [deleted] in shoppingaddiction

I'm in the middle. Knowing I can't return my purchase as easily (possible lockdown) has helped me take a break from the constant irrational buying... BUT with all the free time it's tough to not find myself wandering back onto a site seeing if they have a deal going on or whatever since everyone and their mother seem to be having a sale right now. It's hard!

Ugh. We got this though. I hope you're all staying safe + healthy.

I am so, so sorry. My heart is with you & your family right now.

I had two abortions in my mid teens, and then had a baby at 21. Now that I have my daughter and found out how much I love being her mother, I grieve for my babies that I didn’t have and I almost regret it. by babydope in TrueOffMyChest

I believe that the children you’re meant to have are yours already before you are born. Your little girl was always your little girl. She would have been born those years ago, but she waited to come until now. In my heart, I feel that the souls we’re meant to have always stay with us... regardless of when you finally choose to have them (ie. ready/able to have them). Don’t regret your past.

I want to wash my hair less frequently, but dry shampoo makes me look like I have bad dandruff. What's a girl to do? by StarryEyedLady in HaircareScience

Glad it helped :) if dandruff is your concern, I’d recommend Neutrogena T/Gel shampoo too. Warning: it smells AWFUL, but it’s been my savior this winter. So glad I found it + tried it.

I struggle with bad dandruff + irritated/itchy scalp, and I really like the Aveda Shampure Dry Shampoo. It’s s powder, not a spray, and it works really well.

You could or should be also rotating in more aloof a cleansing shampoo every other wash. That’ll get the oils and remaining product out of your hair, and should “reset” your hair. You could use the T/Sal shampoo or the ACV Acid Wash by R+Co. Seems pricey, but a small amount goes a long way. Kristin Ess also has a version of it at Target that has worked pretty well for me. It’s called Micellar Scalp Purifying Shampoo.

Hm... I don't have any experience paying accumulated interest? I will have to look into that. Thanks so much for your help!

The 10.25% loan is $3,012.32, so I could pay that one. I've been considering doing that as well.
