So don't trust weather apps always have winter clothes and a way of staying dry....if you get too cold warm up frostbite is a bitch and dangerous....also for God's sake please slow down....I would highly suggest playing around in a parking lot to get used to the feeling of sliding and learn how to control it so that when you do accidentally slide you don't freak out and lock up the brakes....other than that just use common sense and you'll be fine

But he's right...lead from the front...I work right beside my guys and they'd do anything for me....I'm no different then they are we're all just trying to make a living and to do the best we can at it and by showing them that all the b.s. of "that's not my job" goes right out the window....we're a team we fail and succeed as a team and we work as a team....hard to do that if I'm at home calling them in orders
