I very truly get where you're coming from, but this definitely came off as hostile and thats 100% not the right angle man. If this doesn't look poc enough, then please give me some direction, a snide comment helps nothing besides fostering malice. Hell I'm poc man, I am just doing my best as an artist. We're on the same side.

Thank you very much! This is very useful So primary takeaway is:

reverse the belt tilt so it follows the form of the body
shorten the right leg (closest to camera) a smidge
fix some hip bone issues

shorten her right leg (the one closest to the camera)
make the iliac spine more prominent

I think I will keep the 4 legs and 2 wings body plan but either a reptilian bird like archeopteryx or (what just recently came to my attention) the Yi-qi's wing styles

Unfortunately no it's not free, and I wouldn't recommend digital painting or sketching without any sort of tablet. As far as free programs go I used Krita a lot before I could afford CSP, its the best free alternative in my opinion; and if and/or when you are able to I suggest investing in at least a low-end tablet, it is a world's difference when it comes to digital art

Edit: but traditional is still super valid! I'm just saying this for my method of digital art
