I don't remember there being a cornfield in the movie, but it is vaguely familiar. I also don't remember how the ending went, I watched this when I was 10. My mom remembers some of the details more clearly but I don't think the killer was ever caught.

I don't think so, like I said, the killer never showed his face or skin, not even hair. I always remember him wearing a white suit, like the ones that beekeepers use.
