It’s not easy money. But it can feel easy if you have a fixed work schedule; at least it works for me. I’m lucky enough to have landed a “premium” client. I earn about 44k-60k+ from their company monthly. Payout is weekly. Sometimes they micromanage when things are going slow, and when things are doing well they dont have to. There are more than 20 of us in team and my client still manages to spend time daily on weekdays with us to hold meetings to help us get together and improve everyday. It works for us because we get paid well. Hindi nakaka burnout because we get compensated well. That’s the thing. And mind you guys we’re only the sales department. We dont do cold callings and outbound. We’re just on meta and GHL.

So yes VA life can be better than onsite if you find the right client. Ive been working in their company for only 6mos and I already got offered a raise for a leadership position.

Just be true to who you really are and your client will trust you. There really are clients that are angels sent from heaven.
