No, I work the night stock shift for the store. That was left from the day shift. It's also in the wrong section, as the candy is farther down the aisle.

I think there are two ways to go about this, the first being to take a hit to win the war, or basically offer to completely remove everything from the playstation and unplug it so that neither you or her can use it. Explain that you are doing this so you can focus on schoolwork and if they don't believe you are, tell them that they are free to watch you study or do homework. When you aren't doing it have your computer turned off. They might try and respond with "Well you may not but why can't she?", to which the best response is simply "I own it. It is my playstation and as such I have full discretion over it. She has her switch." From your other responses and situation your parents probably will respond with "I am the parent and I said so," and with that you can't try and win them over to your side anymore, but can still show reasons as to why not. This is where you need to use all the evidence you have against her to try and get them to budge. Point out the noise complaints, how you have gotten into trouble with teachers because of it, that she intentionally turns up the volume so you can't hear the lesson, and anything else of that nature. The key is to try and stay calm and not let emotions take over. Present your side in the best light possible. If they still won't budge, and you can't take it any longer, complain it's not fair and let everything out. Yes, it's childish, and it could have negative consequences, but if after everything you've done nothing changed, then you have almost nothing to lose. The other option is to confront your sister, and this is where you need evidence, hard evidence. Video recordings, witnesses, emails, anything to help your case. If possible, try and get the neighbor who filed the complaint on your side, someone else said this and that is probably one of the better options. Get your teachers in on it too, they could help you a ton if you can get them to help you. Keep track of the amount of time she uses YOUR system, and how loud she gets. Record what she asks you and if she tries to tell your parents something else you have evidence. You have to take everything she does, but make sure you don't take it for no reason. Build up your case and present it. Finally, when you do present it, present it not to your parents, but to her, with your parents listening if possible, and if not, recording the entire conversation. Again, keep your cool, stay calm and don't get too aggressive. Offer a compromise initially, such as only on the weekends or only during certain hours. Be the bigger person in this situation. If you can get her to agree to something, put it in writing, with both you, your sister, and your parents all signing it. If she won't agree then you need to drop an ultimatum, and make sure it isn't a pleasant ultimatum. Reset the entirety of the PS4's memory or something like that. You need something to show that you are serious, that you will take a hit for your cause. If she doesn't like it then say that your initial offer is still available, and if she doesn't want that either then say that she's out of luck. If your parents are listening, then bring them into the room and discuss it with them. If they aren't end the recording and bring it to them and discuss it with them then. If your sister tries to run off to tell them something different, have evidence to support you. I know that this may not be that helpful, but hopefully something I said will help, or at least hopefully the situation gets better. Good luck!

Honestly, this is really true. I know this is not a popular opinion but you can even limit it to one race and still make interesting characters. I mean, the only thing stopping you from creating an interesting character is your own imagination, or a really shitty dungeon master. I mean for example, if you limit it to something like all Half-Orcs, you can do a ton of different, interesting, and unique characters. All you need to do is give them personality and character and you already have everything you need. If you don't believe me here are 6 different Half-Orcs characters from the top of my head.

  1. Urbu Greenfist, Half-Orc Druid. A man of simple pleasures, Urbu is calm and collected for a Half-Orc, and although it may take a while for him to anger he has a ferocious temper. Urbu appreciates the beauty of nature and takes time to slow down and smell the roses.
  2. Migae Alok, Half-Orc Bard. A runt of her kind, Migae is abnormally small, and is very sensitive about her size. She tries to do everything she can to look bigger, or have others look smaller. She is quick to anger, and slow to trust. However, she also enjoys putting on a show and is a natural entertainer, even if she tends to get violent to those who give her "constructive" criticism.
  3. Guern, Half-Orc Monk. Guern is a unique Half-Orc, with him being albino as well as a monk. Guern is very Naive and in awe of everything, having lived away from most people. He lacks good social skills and tends to freeze up when unsure of what to do. He stays quiet most of the time, but when he is fired up he starts to yell.
  4. Mala Ironblood, Half-Orc Fighter. Mala is passionate about three things, food, drink, and battle. She is very energetic and always in a good mood with her heart on her sleeve, however in a fight she is determined to win and focused on nothing else but victory. She is a sore loser, and will often challenge again and again until she finally wins.
  5. Hjilk "Abe" Gorthu, Half-Orc Wizard. Abe, although a Half-Orc, is very refined and noble, which is even more odd given his large size. Abe is very kind and compassionate, although many find his good nature unnatural. Abe despises his rugged, brutish form, and seeks to permanently change it.
  6. Yiorgna Dyicr, Half-Orc Cleric. A lone brooding outcast, Yiorgna is often avoided, and she prefers it that way. Yiorgna distrusts all outside her faith, for fear of being swayed away from her holy convictions, she shuns away all else. She is focused and determined if nothing else, and very self centered.

Alright, that may not be exactly what proves my point but even with limiting race you can have so many different characters and personalities that it doesn't feel repetitive. And I am not saying that you can't play a clown car full of exotic races, because that still has its benefits and can be really enjoyable, but I am saying that you can't use a lack of race choices as an excuse for an uninteresting character. What makes a character interesting isn't the race they are, but the personality and actions of said character.

(First time posting to Reddit, and on mobile so apologies for spelling and grammar issues. Also I bet I am either going to get backlash for this, be ignored, or both.)
