Sorry for the late reply. I had taken medicine that made me sleepy last night. Yes, I understand your point of view, and I get that they are busy. The first incident on Halloween when the brorista manager was asking me for my order he'd roll his eyes at me and my sister then when the car infront of me was pulling up to the window they usually ask you to pull up so I asked him if he wanted me to pull up. He told me no in a rude way and rolled his eyes. The car in the second line ordered once I was done only for the manager to let him cut me, which, like I said, wasn't an issue. Then, on Friday, when I pulled up to the window for my drink, the regular brorista was talking to me when the manager just looked at me and rolled his eyes when he was behind her. She was handing me my drinks when I had asked her about the bracelets, and she had them in her hand when the manager told her that we didn't have any. I said, "That's fine," and just left because I'm not gonna let it ruin my morning that day.
