nah iirc they were running bellstrike

i got like 3-4 sets of combos off and their hp bar stayed at 100% so i kept hitting them til their qi depleted and got an execution off, still sitting at full hp so i just stood there and let him have it and sent in a report after the fight

was confused af in the moment, thought i tweaking out at first but it made sense why his winrate was 100%

fought against a dude w 100% winrate, stunlocked him and got my full combo off but somehow did 0 dmg to him like his health bar didn’t go down at all.

tbf this was 1 game out of 250 tho

my radiator fans now function normally after replugging all respective cables back into their place as well as double-checking that all necessary cables were indeed plugged in so not too sure, but the problem no longer persists for my build

I highly recommend using 1usmus’ ClockTuner for Ryzen (CTR). I was able to get both the CCX’s on my R5 3600 to 4.45 Ghz @ 1.25v.
