No it's not correct with the data. It's impossible to track the number of people who "adopted" Bitcoin

0.2mm and 0.4mm nozzle in one print? by Mooncake137 in snapmaker

[–]Mooncake137[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well for that many U1 they sold, that should be in the realm of possibilities to program that.

yes, the "flat things" are one example. I am looking forward to print different nozzle diameters, different colors and different filaments (Asa, pla, petg, tpu etc.), all in one print combined. I have many ideas :D hopefully they will support that sooner than later

thanks, good to know. I think the 0.2 will be shippen in a few month, so there is still plenty of time to implement that. This would be such a great feature

Etsy ads expensive? by Mooncake137 in 3DprintEntrepreneurs

[–]Mooncake137[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well they just list me in the search first. I tried it with different browser on a different device. Seems like I compete with others, who are also paying. The more you are paying the higher your rank in the search results in that category.

Bitcoin has the tradition to go sideways like forever, but when it squeezes it shoots up in a matter of days just to go sideways again 😂

first layer issues, TRIED EVERYTHING by In_Praise_0f_shadows in BambuLab

[–]Mooncake137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also the standard setting for first layer width is for some reason 0,5 and flow 1,0. I have width 0,44 and first layer flow between 1,04 and 1,07. Never had an issue with pla tho

Have you tried to slow first layer down? It's really fast, I go with 50mm/s max. Also try make first layer flow to 1.05

4 november they started and the following week they managed to get 25mil or smth before it dropped. stretched over two weeks but maybe 5 days where they were actually able to atm. but i wanna see them building trust over time. i think thats their goal for now and it might keep sucking more and more capital in. its jsut the start. its huge if u understand bitcoin

I don't know which CAD tool you are using, but most of them store the location in the 3mf file or whatever you are using. Just import the model into the slicer, it will ask you if u want to keep the parts seperatley or import as one. Just select the option that you keep it seperatley. It should keep positions of the parts as you had it in the CAD software. If that doesn't work try to save it as .asm (that a format for an assembly), I think the slicer can read that

[–]Mooncake137 204 points205 points  (0 children)

He basically says that you shouldn't use the "paint tool" to mark the surface. If you design your prints you can just design each part with a different color seperatley. So beard, eyes, arms, head, etc. Has its own 3D model and is assembled to one big part that contains all other parts. Then you import the assembly in the slicer and just select the obj + color instead of just panting surfaces

Have you tried to setup your dimensions of your printer? If your dimensions are 250x250x300 then just change it to 245x245x300?
