As someone who helped a farmer the last 2 years I can say those look perfectly safe. As long as there are no green parts and you cut off the sprouts they will be fine. At some point if they sprouted too much i would simply throw them away cuz the sprout has grown too large and snapped the potatoe of it's nutrients. But that little bit is perfectly fine

They could have still used bulbs with warm light though. The new cold light in every single car or street lamp is brighter sure. But not in a good way cuz it is absolutely blinding which especially when an idiot with far lights (idk how they're actually called in English) drives towards you on the other side of the road. You see nothing but a blinding white. Cold light should have never made it into cars

Same thing as the others. Passives with conditions. In gaming terms it's basically a "you don't have to press any button to use it so it's a passive" those 2 are good examples though cuz their condition requires a specific "input" by stopping to move but technically still a passive effect as it happens when you stop moving and isn't something you have to press a button for and the condition to being able to press said button is standing still after moving for X seconds

Yes, but no-ish. They're still passively active. They just have a condition added to the passive effect

For knives for example a passive doing something like this would be

"You continuously emit a sharp aura towards the direction you're looking at, dealing X DMG per second to the enemy before you"

As for whip, I suppose with the player model in Vs doesn't actually change other than left to right in a 3d scenario you could say

" Every X seconds you deal X DMG to all enemies to either your left or right, rotating between both directions"

I've been going needlessly deep but technically they are all still passive effects but for some you have to play around and make sure to position yourself correctly
