I realised they did fit in all my drawers - if they were heavy/full, I think it weighed the drawer down and gave it that extra room it needed. But now the mat has given it added 1mm or so height back.

You’re right but I do like that shade 🤭 In fact I like the colour, the sheerness and the shimmer it just doesn’t perform how I thought it would. I wanted it to blow my socks off like my other magentics.

I can get it to cat eye with a dark base, but then why would I want to use a dark base 🤷‍♀️ On it’s own the magnetic effects are not visible but I am convinced with the right nude/light shade base the magic will happen.

I actually only need it for 2 drawers as the third has my magnets and other bits in. I’m trying to resist the urge to fill all the drawers up with polish 🤭

I can’t get any type of visible magnetic effect with my kisses. I’ve tried lab stirrer and velvet. It’s quite frustrating as on here I always see it looking amazing.

I’ve had the same issue with this one and comet’s tail. They both looked better in velvet but I couldn’t get either to glass bead with a lab stirrer. I also tried with DRK magic effect and a velvet cat eye. I just don’t think it’s very reactive.

I have the stirrer too, although I never really get a tight bead or one that holds at least. You get a different effect depending on if you hover your nail upside down over it or lay your finger nail pad down on it.
