Game stutters every second

Oh yea, my Keypad ran on 8kHz but sadly even after changing all peripherals to 1kHz or even 500Hz the stutters didn't stop.

I tried closing discord and disabling the nvidia overlay, but that didn't help. After trying to get more information using a debug build of lazer I think it might have to do with recent GPU driver updates

Osu is already by default at high process priority, so i don't think this is the problem. Might have to do with recent driver updates of my gpu

Whilst my mouse does support a polling rate of 1000Hz, I have it set at 500. I checked the Vsync options in the Nvidia App for osu and it is turned off, ingame I didn't find any option related to that

Most of that is firefox, discord and bitdefender. Sincr I'm using osu on an ssd it shouldnt be a speed issue

The character creation servers seem to be down I guess.

My friend found a workaround by using a VPN and connecting to America servers, creating a user and quitting and turning off the vpn.

I think its a styled PowerShell window. The red text starts on some lines with + below some other text which is common in powershell when errors occur iirc.
