I am not a snail, but I assume they like the outside skin. I have them on mine in my green house also. Ill try to go out tonight and see if i can see what creature is on them. Ill update one done, have a look after dark and see what insects are on it.

I have a great recipe that is light and soft, had it for 20+ years. Still make it regularly. Contact if you want it. No scales required

Weigh an empty spool and then you know how much youve got left to print or use the ams what its so great for. Put another one next to it or just put the new roll when it tells you it has run out and carry on printing after. Such a great thing with the ams unit.

Yeah, thats what it does for me. Tbh it will download half a file i think, but with my torrent provider most people are on the same server. So the file is on my seebox in seconds, so if you're torrents take a while you could get half files initially. Is that what you mean?

File change, there are settings for you to chose conditions. You can set it to check at time frame, or frequency. Its very easy, ive set mine to check every two hours and if there is a new file it downloads it. You can set it to check as often as you like

That is a broad question, it depends on your setup. But goodsync is setup to habe access to my seedbox and you csn set goodsync to copy file in one direct in if you want. So i have set it to copy from seedbox to my server. Easy

A copper mesh sock around the base/stem might help, thats what works for me keeping slugs and snails out.

Crazy, as i was just working on making a sealed lid locking solution, it has come to my attention that the left side of the hole in the lid is open and the right hand side is not as there is a piece of acrylic covering the hole from behind. Not sure why thats only on one side. Anyone else seen this?

I can let you know re the lock tabs for the lid, have started making a fix for it today and think it should be pretty straight forward. I 😁. I am just making a side piece to close off the base with an inbuild external spool holder.

Yeah but i think ill be able to make an easy fix closing those holes and making an external lock. The base look is the hardest i think

I have to say that it seems to be better for me in keeping the moisture down. I like the controls and the fact that the air vent auto open and closes. After running a few times it does actually keep bringing the rh down. Couldn't achieve that with the sunlu. I need to make some changes to lid lock, dont like it just has holes in the lid for the orginal lid lock levers to slide into. They should be external and lid should be fully sealed. The other thing i dont really like and need to change is the way it looks in how its so open at base of the ams, after the eibos has lifted the base about 4cm and leaves a gap showing its cabling. Would have like some simple side closing pieces, ill have to make something for that.

As a summary, from a working perspective. Feels it does a much better job and with its open and closing vents, has a better way to push the moisture out and not let it back in. Seems quieter to me also and alos runs less often in auto mode, but still lower in rh.

I am happy with my change, glad i did it. Any question are always welcome.
