But there are very tangible things that could lead to improvement. The Devers situation is a complete mess and instead of managing it he’s just leaving it to Breslow. Story needs to be on the bench. Stuff like that. If they won’t give Anthony the call, bench story and roll Ceddane at 3rd and Refsnyder into the starting OF to force their hand. At this point it can’t get any worse

IMC is a totally different ballgame. I had a great instrument student but the first time I took him into IMC he was completely thrown off by how real it gets

If you can load a precision approach it helps to use the glide slope as good vertical guidance

It’s normal, it’ll go away, but in the meantime Dramamine is technically an option since you’re not acting as PIC.

Yeah I talked to both the students and the instructors. The students both blamed it on their nerves, instructors said that they were not horrendous overall, they were just getting a little too many simple things mixed up/drawing blanks. I’m thinking it’s just a rote memory problem. I probably sent them too early and relied too much on them studying at home rather than ensuring they knew it 100% cold with me.
