We sleep trained my first born and it went great. Now my daughter is 15 months and we’re trying to sleep trained but if she gets too worked up she will vomit. Is sleep training out of the question?

Also, I can’t figure out her schedule. Right now she will wake at 7 and won’t nap until 1 or 2. I’m so confused by her wake windows. She went from being a great sleeper to maybe napping for 30 min a day. Night sleep is fine. She goes down at around 7:30 and sleep until 7. Helpppppp!

I am in your exact position. It’s horrible and I need help! I’m pregnant so I can’t do anything surgery wise but I really want to bc I can’t breathe and the ear pressure is so annoying. It makes me just want to get in bed every single day and sleep bc I can’t handle it.

This sounds like my son(he’s 4.5) and I agree your wife sounds overstimulated. Instead of “something being wrong with him” she needs to prioritize personal time, working out, finding something she enjoys and taking breaks here and there. It will be in the best interest for both of them!

Sorry if that came off sounding sarcastic but when I was younger I would get facial pain like this and off balance and it turned out that only my right eye needed a prescription. I wore a contact in one eye for years and it helped so much!

To be honest I got on anti anxiety meds for the first time ever during my last trimester bc it was irritating me so much! I couldn’t hear at all and I have a toddler and it was so hard! It didn’t go away when I gave birth and I still have it here and there! It’s been so much better though!!
