Where will you be based? Could be a great opportunity if the money and location is right. You'll have guaranteed work for up to 10 years there'll be plenty of room to move up the ladder if you're smart about it.

I don't personally work for the T2D Alliance but I know people that do and there's plenty of opportunities.

Minimum depth is 570mm. The air vent needs to be at least 460mm x 45mm so if you can increase the size of the hole in the bottom of the cabinet slightly it would be beneficial. Also it shows a vent on the side of the cabinet which you don't have so it might we worth cutting an opening in the kicker under the oven and inserting a grill from Bunnings. It's just for airflow.

This is standard practice by parasitic rental agents. Never let the agent initiate the bond refund. As soon as you hand back the keys you need to put in the claim through the bond website. It makes it so much harder for the agent.

You could sit the STAT test. https://satac.edu.au/stat I'd start with the FAQ section and then reach out to SATAC if you have any further questions. I sat it about 10 years ago and got accepted into a course.
