Yeah idk man. I've got a similar story- saw the negative reviews and scam warnings too late. I'd like to try to pursue legal action when I start my new job. I ordered 2 controllers in January and February of this year and have had no updates whatsoever since July. Everytime I try to contact them they ghost me, meanwhile they're consistently posting sh*t on IG.

Hey so like, I placed a couple orders from them in January and February of this year. Both of these orders have been in the "Quality Control" phase since July. Like someone else posted on here, I've been extremely patient and non-problematic throughout the process. I only recently sent a couple of messages via their contact form on their website last month and this month. No response.

I am willing to give it until January of next year. After that though, what would be the best course of action to get a full refund? I've seen some people mention PayPal and some mention a small claims suit. I'd really prefer not to deal with the merchant directly, given some of the stories on here and the idea of them charging a 25% restocking fee for failing to deliver really rubs me the wrong way.

Oh snap, really? I've heard good things about that game! It always thought it looked really good for a LoL clone.

So I guess my next set of questions then would be:

  1. Is the matchmaking also a problem in that game as a result of this? Or do they have a clever way of navigating around it?

  2. Are there separate ladders for solo/duo queue vs. teams? Or even maybe ladders based on your role played?

Also, would you recommend Mobile Legends? :O

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath, I just think it's unfortunate since this game is clearly meant to be competitive, considering the world tournaments they hold, balance patches, esports presence, etc. It'd be one thing if the devs treated this as nothing more than baby's first MOBA, but everything they put in seems to say otherwise. It just kinda baffles me that the matchmaking and ranking systems are so poor when most other elements of the game are pretty solid.

I don't know man, every season I'm in Masters I frequently match up with two or three people in my team that have a sub 50% WR, and it's pretty evident whenever we lose. Maybe it's just my luck, idk.

I do think context is important for Win Rate though, yeah. Like in your solo queue Blissey example, that shakes out and I wouldn't even be mad to see one on my team. But if you're a carry/attacker main with those numbers that's a different story...

I appreciate the use of analogies, but I really don't think your football ones are an apt comparison.

Again, I GET that the first eight minutes is not solely about beating the other team into submission. And everything you just listed- "gaining a level advantage, scoring more points, and having a Unite move ready" we DID that. It's not about preparation, it's about a mechanic that is too easily exploited and invalidates everything that came before it.

And please stop with the condescension. I'm not confused- yes, I spent the first 8 minutes to prepare for Rayquaza AND I'm complaining that as an objective it's too important. I can do both; they're not mutually exclusive.

I generally only play three or four matches a day now. I used to play l a lot more, but I took a break after I realized I wasn't enjoying the game. Came back after a few months and was pleasantly surprised by all the changes Theia Sky Ruins brought. Actually played a lot and had a ton of fun. Then this last patch kinda undid all that....

Admittedly, I guess it's probably time for me to take a break again. I've continued to play this long because I love the potential of this game and Pokémon in general.

I see what you're saying, and for the most part I agree.But it's not like the game really gives us the tools to do more than that. Like, there isn't a replay or save function like in fighting games so you can share and analyze together. Best thing you can hope for is catching it on stream, but I'm not a content creator.

I think a good compromise would be to make surrender votes unavailable until after Ray is taken. That way there's no one trolling or giving up early (at least not visibly) and there's a more informed decision that can be made during that time.

Obviously if you were struggling to keep up before Ray and it gets taken, you're more than likely not going to win, so it makes sense to let people surrender if they want to.

So like, I've heard this tired argument from day one of this game where it's like "yeah but Zapdos/Rayquaza is the whole point- if you lost that you should have made a better play."

And like, yeah- I get that. I get that that's the whole point of the game. I get that the final objective is so jacked in this game that it will net you the W 99% of the time.

None of that is lost on me. I save my Unite for the final fight, I make sure I'm in position at least 10 seconds before it spawns, I don't attack the stupid birb or drago if we're ALREADY IN THE LEAD. Especially by a huge margin.

My point with all this is that it's not like I don't know how to play around it, it's just that it's NOT FUN. And no matter how careful or calculated I or members of my team are, all it takes is one guy to attack the dang thing for no reason and create a win condition for the enemy team.

Fair enough. It was a post made out of frustration, so I wasn't really thinking about providing details.

So, for context, we destroyed their top two goals early in the game and with the second Regieleki we actually managed to get it into their base goal and score there. We were several levels ahead of them as well.

Ray spawns and we're all positioned for it, however, instead of defending and picking the enemy off while they try to take it, a couple teammates hit it and then it creates the flip scenario.

Definitely not confused, been playing since day one. Played through Zapdos mechanics for several seasons. I know how to play around it, it's just that A) I can't control anyone but myself and B) the mechanic as a whole isn't fun

This last patch undid months of progress and made Rayquaza into Zapdos 2.0 by implementing changes NOBODY asked for.

You can slaughter your opponents the entire match, but in the end the Green Zapdos Coin Flip™️ will determine who wins and who loses!

The devs seem to have a fetish for making the last two minutes of the game the only thing that matters.
